Meret Manon Sarpong Bannerman (born June 26, 2002) started her career in the 2023 competition reality show Dream Academy where she became a member of the international girl group Katseye rising to mainstream fame in summer of 2025.

In Febuary 2026 Manon was placed on a "hiatus" by her label Hybe x Geffen for alleged health reasons. Since then there have been several instances alluding to her mistreatment in the group like her Weverse DMs stating that she is healthy, liking this instagram post about racism in the industry as well as this interview given just days before before her departure.

The band has since continued their work without any statement about Manons status in the group. The fandom advocates for her return.
